(Ne) bezpečný odraz - PRO STUDENTY A ZAMĚSTNANCE

Contemporary media space is based on a culture of visual presentation. People are overwhelmed by filtered and edited images that create the semblance of a new norm. Although it may seem that perfection is the new standard, it is an unattainable one. The pressure to achieve it creates a very critical reflection in human souls, undermines mental health, and contributes to the development or deepening of eating disorders.
The conference aims at the phenomenon of "media reflection" again from an interdisciplinary perspective. Through reflection and the application of critical thinking, we will focus on analyzing the mechanisms by which media content shapes an (un)healthy relationship with one's own body.
The conference is intended not only for experts who deal with the topic of ED, educators who are direct actors of help, but also for the public who are interested in learning more and being part of the critical space of this issue.
