Do you want to understand the payroll? Are you thinking about what kind of working relationship to establish with your employer? Are you interested in what advantages the Labor Code provides to employees compared to the advantages that an entrepreneur has? Come, we will talk about work, your money and your security. This time we will meet in the modern premises of the Faculty of Science.

It is good when we go to work for pleasure, when it fulfills us and is in line with our mission. However, a necessary condition for satisfaction from work is that it brings us security and financial rewards corresponding to our qualities and the energy expended. Therefore, it is necessary to understand in advance the contexts that arise from the employment contract and employment relationship. We will base the seminar on labor law issues on valid legal concepts translated into understandable language for a university student. Together, we will perform several calculations and show examples from practice. After completing the workshop, you will know what legal relationship you want to be in with your employer and when, you will understand the components of the salary and the benefits that you can apply. You will learn what to look out for when reading an employment contract and why.
