The course is intended for students of the University of the Third Age who are encountering the subject matter for the first time and want to start from the very basics. In a friendly and understandable way, you will learn key concepts and skills step by step, without the need for prior knowledge. The aim of the course is to dispel fears about the new topic, help participants gain confidence, and motivate them to further development. Everything will be explained clearly and with regard to the needs and pace of the students.
Note: Lessons are conducted at a slow pace with an emphasis on practical demonstrations and an individual approach.
