Annotation:
The Faculty of Economics at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice is organizing a lifelong learning course entitled "Police Law and Police Activities for Management Practice," which offers a unique opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience in security practice.
More information:
The course is intended for anyone involved in decision-making processes who wants to understand how security authorities—the Czech Police, the General Inspection of Security Forces, or the Military Police—act in situations where it is necessary to interfere with human rights and freedoms. Participants will learn how to carry out such interventions legally, ethically, and with respect for democratic principles. The program includes detailed case study analyses, analysis of legal wording, and prediction of possible problems with subsequent proposals for legal solutions, which allows participants to prepare for real-life situations in security and management practice.
The course will take place on November 15, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. If you have completed the course Criminalistics, Criminology in Economic Context, we will deduct a discount of CZK 200.
