Social safety at university
Annotation:
The workshop is intended only for teaching staff at the University of South Bohemia. The workshop focuses on preventing and resolving problematic situations that can disrupt a safe and respectful environment at school. Participants learn about a range of inappropriate behaviors—from minor disrespectful comments to more serious forms of harassment—and discuss their impact on the classroom environment and on individuals.

The program includes finding specific ways to prevent these situations, setting common rules, and responding when situations arise, including rules for conducting interviews with victims of sexual harassment or violence. Emphasis is placed on promoting open communication, mutual respect, and creating an environment where everyone feels safe.
