Revision Course in Secondary School English

Annotation:
The subject is intended for students who wish to systematically repeat and consolidate a passive command of general English at about B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (i.e. a level equivalent to the primary secondary school exit level). The course focuses mainly on practicing and developing key language skills in the fields of grammar, vocabulary and understanding of written text. Emphasis is placed on understanding common types of texts and on consolidating language structures typical of this level. The subject also serves as a targeted preparation for the compulsory English entry language test, which verifies the level of knowledge attained.
