Annotation:
The continuing education program "How to Tax Income and Property?" covers the specific needs of the labor market for course graduates who are able to synergistically combine and utilize knowledge of basic procedures in the area of personal income and property taxation with other knowledge and experience from their main profession. The program enables graduates to understand the basic procedures for taxing income, real estate, and vehicles, including tax optimization in accordance with tax laws. The knowledge gained is a foundation on which graduates can build in the event of changes in legislation in this area. The program reflects the growing demands on graduates' knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of taxation. The condition for admission to the course is to provide a high school diploma in the form of a PDF document created by authorized conversion (Czech Point branch of the Czech Post).

2. Block (January 19, 2027, 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.):
- Deadlines for tax registration, filing tax returns, and tax payments
- Personal income tax – basic structural elements for tax calculation
3. Block (January 26, 2027, 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.):
- Comprehensive example of calculating personal income tax with completion of a tax return
- Advance payment of income tax from dependent activity and its settlement
4. Block (February 2, 2027, 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.):
- Practical examples of dependent activity with completion of the relevant forms
- Real estate tax, including a sample example
5. Block (February 9, 2027, 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.):
- Road tax, including a practical example
Written exam (February 10, 2026, 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
Once the minimum capacity of 10 participants is reached, registration will take place via IS-STAG.
