Fish Filleting and Processing Course
Annotation:
Experience a one-day course in fish filleting and proper fish processing, combining hands-on practice, expert theory, and a comfortable environment throughout the day.
During the 7-hour course, participants will learn proper filleting techniques, safe knife handling, cutting techniques, and how to process fish correctly from start to finish. The course is designed to provide participants with valuable knowledge while giving everyone plenty of opportunity to put their skills into practice under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
The course also includes a theoretical section covering the fundamental principles of working with fish, proper processing procedures, hygiene, efficient use of the raw material, and ways to achieve the best possible results while minimizing waste.
Refreshments and lunch are provided, ensuring a comfortable and well-organized experience throughout the day. At the end of the course, each participant will also receive a certificate of completion and the fillets they have prepared themselves, vacuum-packed and ready to take home.
