Annotation:

You don’t need any VR headsets, yet you can bring your math lessons to life and immerse your students directly in the action using virtual worlds. Bring abstract concepts into an interactive 3D space and show them math in a way that allows them to truly see, experience, and understand it. Sign up for free for a workshop for high school math teachers and teach math differently: in virtual worlds. We invite you to a hands-on workshop for high school math teachers who want to teach in a modern, effective, and experiential way. The event is free. And the best part? You don’t need any VR headsets. The workshop takes place entirely on regular computers—no headsets, no complicated technology. You can then use everything just as easily in your own classroom. No special equipment, no barriers—just new teaching possibilities. Capacity is limited to 13 participants. There will be a lunch break during the program. Course participants will receive a copy of the book *Virtual Life: Days and Nights in Virtual Worlds* by authors Petr Klán and Tomáš Mariančík.

More information:

What will you learn?:
