1. To acquaint students with the basic principles and structure of international law and international justice
2. To understand the international legal context and its implications for national legal orders
3. To comprehend the influence of international law, its application and international justice on the geopolitical situation
4. Have a fundamental knowledge of international law, be able to identify the international element and trace the relevant international law

• Identification of the applicable law and institutions

2. Alternative dispute resolution

Session 4: Human Rights Issues (4 hours)

1. International legal protection of human rights
2. Law of armed conflict
