The aim of this fair is traditionally to facilitate contact between students of bachelor's, master's, and doctoral study programs and HR managers from leading companies. Specifically, the event will focus on the opportunity to address potential employees from among students of the entire University of South Bohemia who are in their final years of study, as well as the opportunity to recruit students who, during their studies, can work for the participating companies as part of professional internships or can be useful in working on a specific topic as part of their bachelor's or master's theses.
