Privacy in your pocket, security and privacy in mobile platforms

Cybersecurity. A word that sounds a bit boring – until you realize how much information about yourself you give away every day. But this workshop won't be about dry theory or "use strong passwords."

An expert from ICZ will take you directly behind the scenes of the digital world. He will show specific examples from practice, situations that actually happen, and things that the average user often has no idea about. You will learn why information about our privacy is one of the most valuable commodities today - and why we are so willing to provide it for free.

What does your mobile phone, smart TV, car or even a robot vacuum cleaner know about you? How do these technologies collect data, where do they send it and how can it be used or abused? How little is enough for fraudsters to gain access to accounts, money or identity?

The workshop will open the topics of freedom and privacy in the digital world without scaremongering and without moralizing. Practically, clearly and in such a way that you will start to look at your own online behavior completely differently.
